My Story

I’m Kate Rushton—photographer, digital artist, musician, and the creator of Pink Paradise. I grew up in a small Connecticut town, where my imagination was bigger than my surroundings. Art was my escape, my rebellion, my way of making the world feel a little more like home. My work blends dreamy nostalgia, nature’s raw beauty, and an unapologetic love for pink—the color of energy, empowerment, and endless possibilities. With a Psychology degree in hand, I explored different paths, but nothing felt quite right. I craved something deeper—something that would inspire, comfort, and connect. That’s when I knew it was time to build something of my own, and so, Pink Paradise was born.

This isn’t just about wall décor. It’s about creating a vibe, a sanctuary, and a statement. It’s for dreamers, rebels, underdogs, and visionaries—the ones who see beauty in the unexpected and aren’t afraid to color outside the lines.

Life is all about perspective and being able to re-adjust your lens. Sometimes all you need is the right art surrounding you to remind you just how bright things can be.
